Refund Policy

Effective date: June 21, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of ChatSprouts™ from STANDARD PROCEDURE LLC.

Because ChatSprouts™ provides a digital, self-serve publish license that can be issued and used shortly after purchase, all sales are generally final except where required by law or expressly stated in this policy.

1. Digital Product; Final Sale

ChatSprouts™ provides a free browser-based builder and paid time-limited publishing rights for a specific project. The licensed project may be embedded on multiple compatible pages or websites. Once payment is verified and a project-specific access key or paid runtime license is issued, the purchase is considered fulfilled. Except as required by applicable law, fulfilled purchases are non-refundable.

2. No Refunds for User Content, Setup, Compatibility, or Business Outcomes

We do not provide refunds because of user-provided content, formatting choices, incomplete business information, generated answer quality based on the information supplied, calls to action, user-provided links, website hosting issues, website-builder custom-code restrictions, embed setup issues, browser/device limitations, changes to your business needs, customer usage, lack of leads, lack of sales, lack of conversions, or failure to achieve a desired business result.

3. No Refunds for Loss of Local Projects or Keys

Local project content may rely on browser storage and exported backups. Publish rights may rely on a project-specific access key. We are not responsible for loss caused by clearing browser storage, changing browsers or devices, losing project backups or access keys, using restrictive privacy settings, or modifying embed code.

4. Duplicate Charges or Processing Errors

If you believe you were charged twice for the same purchase, charged incorrectly, or experienced a payment processing error, contact us at hello@chatsprouts.com within 3 days of purchase. We may request proof of purchase, transaction details, screenshots, or other information needed to investigate.

5. Technical Failure Before Access Is Delivered

If a verified technical issue prevents delivery of access and we cannot provide a reasonable correction, replacement access method, or workaround, we may, in our sole discretion, issue a refund or replacement access. This does not apply to issues caused by user devices, browsers, networks, third-party extensions, unsupported environments, user modifications, or third-party hosting configurations.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend access, reject future purchases, and provide the payment processor with records showing access delivery, download activity, product terms, and communications related to the transaction.

7. Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights that may apply under applicable law. Where refunds are required by law, we will comply with those requirements.
