ChatSprouts™
Privacy Statement
Effective date: June 21, 2026
This Privacy Statement explains how STANDARD PROCEDURE LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with ChatSprouts™, including the free AI Front Desk Builder, working previews, website embeds, runtime licenses, contextual calls to action, user-provided links, and related instructions.
Plain-language summary: ChatSprouts™ is designed so your business information, generated knowledge, and visitor questions are processed locally in the browser where possible. We do not run a cloud AI chat API for your customer questions, and we do not intentionally receive the business information you paste or upload into the generator.
1. Information You Provide Locally
The generator lets you paste or upload business information, FAQs, policies, pricing notes, service areas, menus, and similar public-facing material. This information is processed in your browser. We do not intentionally receive, store, review, or host that content through the generator.
2. Website Embeds and Customer Questions
A ChatSprouts™ website embed contains the published front desk setup and loads the generic ChatSprouts runtime. The widget is intended to answer questions using the embedded business information and may display calls to action or links that you provide. Customer questions are processed in the visitor's browser and are not sent by ChatSprouts™ to a hosted chatbot backend or cloud large language model chat API.
A free test embed checks its stated trial expiration in the visitor's browser and does not need to contact ChatSprouts licensing infrastructure. A paid runtime may contact that infrastructure to create or refresh license status and confirm that the embed is the project's current generated configuration. Successful status results may be cached in the visitor's browser for up to 24 hours. These requests may include technical information such as a license identifier, project identifier, configuration hash, IP address, browser details, and request timing. They do not need to include visitor questions or raw business Q&As.
If you publish, modify, host, embed, install, configure, or distribute a website embed or related instruction, you are responsible for that deployment, the content inside it, and any data practices introduced by your own website, hosting provider, analytics tools, plugins, or modifications.
You are also responsible for any links, buttons, calls to action, destinations, analytics, tracking, forms, or third-party tools connected to your generated widget or website.
3. Public CDNs, Model Files, and Browser Dependencies
ChatSprouts™ may load public browser dependencies, model files, scripts, or runtime assets from public CDNs or hosting providers. Those providers may receive ordinary technical request information, such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, and timing information. This is different from sending your chat history or business information to a cloud AI chat API.
4. Payments
Payments are handled by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. Payment processors may process information needed to complete purchases, prevent fraud, issue receipts, and comply with law. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
5. Access Keys and Local Storage
ChatSprouts™ may store local projects, publish-license status, or access keys in browser storage. A downloadable access key can help recover the publish rights for its specific licensed project, but it does not contain the project's business Q&As. Clearing browser storage may remove local project content, so you are responsible for exporting project or workspace backups you want to keep.
6. Analytics and Hosting Logs
Our website may use limited analytics, hosting, security, or diagnostic services to understand basic site usage, keep the site available, and troubleshoot technical issues. These services may process standard technical data. We do not use these tools to collect the business information you paste into the generator or the questions typed into generated widgets.
7. Sensitive Information
Do not paste, upload, or include private, confidential, regulated, or sensitive information in ChatSprouts™ unless you have the legal right and appropriate safeguards to do so. This includes payment card numbers, bank account numbers, government identifiers, private customer records, patient information, medical details, legal files, employment records, or confidential business records.
8. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing your business information, working preview, website embed, calls to action, links, website disclosures, privacy notices, cookie notices, compliance obligations, and customer-facing answers before publishing, installing, configuring, or using any generated output.
9. Security
We design ChatSprouts™ to reduce unnecessary data transfer by processing user-provided business information locally where possible. No internet-based product can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for securing your own devices, browser, website, hosting account, generated files, and access keys.
10. Children
ChatSprouts™ is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the generator.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
